Reception Area

Your pet's care starts in our waiting room. Each time your pet comes for a visit, his or her weight needs to be checked and compared with previous visits. This helps us to more accurately track your pet's health status.
While you are in the waiting room, please keep your dog on a leash and have your cat in the carrier. Even the most friendly of pets can act differently while they are in a new environment, especially if they are sick or a new pet is around.
We try to be punctual with our appointments so we do not keep you waiting, but in some special circumstances, such as an emergency case or surgery, we appreciate your patience. We will try to accommodate you as soon as we can.
